Phil Crawford is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience leading digital transformation in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head of F&B and Hospitality, Unified Commerce at Adyen, Crawford is responsible for spearheading global commercial strategy and driving growth within the vertical. Throughout Crawford’s career, he has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of success in C-level technology roles, including most recently as CTO at CKE Restaurants (Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s) worldwide. Prior to that, Crawford held global CTO positions at Godiva Chocolatier and served as CIO at both Shake Shack and Yard House Restaurants (Darden Restaurants).

Crawford is known for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership style, and unwavering commitment to leveraging technology to drive tangible business results.
